NFL Teams Betting - Dallas Cowboys - NFC East

Dallas Cowboys Sportsbook BettingTony Romo and company are back for one more crack at winning the NFC East, but even owner/GM Jerry Jones admits the window may be closing on this bunch. Romo will have his normal cast of characters to throw to, including Miles Austin, Dez Bryant and Jason Witten, but hell have a revamped offensive line with two free-agent guards signed this offseason to provide support (Mackenzy Bernadeau and Nate Livings). Defensively theres plenty of talent, led by sack-artist DeMarcus Ware, who continues to excel in the prime of his career. Also, keep an eye on DeMarco Murray in the backfield, who could be poised for a breakout season.

Even though the Dallas Cowboys have put together a pretty nice team for the upcoming NFL season, their fate may have been sealed back in April when the NFL released their schedule.

In addition to having the usual two games apiece against the defending Super Bowl Champion Giants, the loaded Eagles and the RGIII-invigorated Redskins, who, by the way, won five games with Rex Grossman as their quarterback last season, Dallas is also slated to face off against the NFC South and the AFC North, two of the toughest divisions in football, and the Seahawks and Bears in their two swing games this season. Based on last year's win-loss records, other teams have higher strength of schedule ratings, but when you figure in expected improvement from the teams they face, only the Eagles have a tougher road to the post-season.
